My background…

Hi I’m Adriana.

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010 with a B.S. Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I worked as an engineer for a few years, and then shifted to follow my passions. Project management in a technical field morphed into project management in advertising and then commercial production, which I discovered while working for an ad agency.

I have worked in a myriad of industries, and have enjoyed different facets of each. That said, the ones I’ve enjoyed the most are the ones where I worked with a small - but mighty family of highly skilled individuals.

In 2024 I embarked on a different type of journey. I’m developing a creative retreat space in Yucca Valley.

I have managed, remodeled, staged, and rented my own properties since 2017. I have owned and worked on single family homes, a high-rise apartment, and land that I rented to film productions. What I enjoy most about real estate, is making homes and/or spaces that well-suited for the people using them. Spaces that calm the mind, that feel like home, and that offer convenience.

My skillset is uniquely suited for property management. And I’m happy and grateful to be able to offer property management and concierge services.
