I also handle communication and scheduling with service providers, obtaining and comparing quotes to secure the best pricing for repairs or upgrades.
Beyond operations, I ensure your property is always guest-ready and compliant with local regulations, coordinating seasonal updates, restocking essentials, and maintaining a consistent five-star presentation. I also offer periodic property walkthroughs and quality checks to proactively identify issues before they affect guests or profitability.
If extraordinary work or special projects arise — such as renovations, system upgrades, or larger-scale improvements — I’m happy to make separate arrangements to project manage these efforts as needed. With my engineering and project management background, I bring the technical understanding and organizational structure required to oversee property projects smoothly and effectively.

LTR/MTR Service
In a nutshell, I take over the day-to-day operations of your long-term/mid-term rental (a rental lasting more than 30 days), so you can enjoy consistent income and peace of mind without the hassle of managing it yourself. My approach is fully customizable — tailored to your property type, furnishing level, and desired level of involvement.
I provide comprehensive oversight of your property, including full onboarding and setup, vendor and maintenance coordination, tenant support, cleaning management, and bookkeeping of expenses for clear financial tracking. Onboarding includes preparing your home for long-term performance and reliability — from vendor setup and maintenance scheduling to property readiness, safety compliance, and tenant-facing materials. For furnished stays, I also handle restocking, sourcing, and replacement of furnishings or supplies as needed. Staging can be added as a one-time service to enhance presentation and attract quality tenants.
If larger or specialized projects arise — such as renovations, system upgrades, or property improvements — I’m happy to make separate arrangements to project manage these efforts as needed. Concierge Service
Guests are welcomed with a curated complimentary basket featuring thoughtful essentials, setting the tone for a relaxed and memorable stay. Premium and celebration basket upgrades are also available, offering selections such as fine cheeses, wine, or custom touches for special occasions.
Before arrival, I can coordinate personalized requests such as grocery stocking, floral arrangements, or other details to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Throughout their stay, I’ll be available to assist with dining reservations, entertainment bookings, and personalized itineraries featuring the best of the local area. A personalized local guide will help guests make the most of their stay with curated recommendations and must-see spots.
For an elevated experience, I can also arrange transportation services (including airport transfers or private drivers), in-home offerings such as private chef dinners, massage, or housekeeping, and special event setups for birthdays, anniversaries, or intimate celebrations.
